To establish and set up various types of companies and to invest in shares and equity interests in the following industries with the aim of generating profit, in such a manner that the Company may individually or jointly obtain control over investee companies or exercise significant influence on them. Omid Investment Management Group operates in the fields of mining and steel, cement, construction, the capital market and advanced financial services, commercial activities, oil, gas, and energy.
- To establish companies, conduct studies and assessments of development plans, purchase and sell companies’ shares, and invest in manufacturing, commercial, construction, and service providing activities domestically and abroad.
- To manage, maintain, amend, merge, develop, dissolve, and exercise subscription rights arising from capital increases or the transfer of shares.
- To obtain any facilities from domestic and foreign banks and financial and credit institutions, and to issue participation bonds or other securities in accordance with the applicable regulations of the country.
- To grant facilities and provide consulting and managerial services.
- To participate in and invest in foreign companies and institutions within the scope of the Articles of Association.
