Chadormalu Mining and Industrial Company was registered with Yazd Corporates Registration Office in June 1992 under No. 2257. Afterwards, on the strength of minutes of general extra-ordinary meeting of the board of directors dd. November 7, 1998, the office of the company was moved to Tehran and the company was registered with Tehran Corporates and Non-Commercial Institutes Registration Office under No. 145857. The company’s field of business is to explore, extract and exploit iron ore mines and produce concentrate from that and produce pellet, iron ore (lump over), steel products, and to install, set up and deal with repair and maintenance and technical inspection of required equipment and machines.
