Sepah Publication House was established as a private joint stock company on November 22, 1989 by buying the former Readings Printing House from Mostazafan Va Janbazan Foundation and was registered with Tehran Corporates and Industrial Properties Registration Office under No. 78484 on January 24, 1990. Current capital of the company amounts to 5.3 billion Rials.

The company’s main activity is to publish other organs’ press, the works of Iranians’ authors in Persian and foreign languages, reference books and to distribute and sale books and publications.
